BCPSA 2015 AM – Call for Papers

The Annual General Conference of the British Columbia Political Studies Association will be held Thursday, at Simon Fraser University, May 7th and Friday, May 8th, 2015, on the Burnaby Campus.

The BCPSA welcomes papers on a wide variety of topics from any theoretical perspective and across the breadth of the discipline.

Participation is open to all political scientists and others with a scholarly interest in politics. Participants from outside Canada are most welcome. Proposals and papers should be submitted to the conference organizers (see below).

Graduate students are encouraged to attend the conference and give papers. Doctoral candidates may submit their proposals and papers directly to the conference organizer; MA students are asked to submit their proposals and papers through a supervising faculty member. The BCPSA is considered a relatively friendly venue for scholars young and old.

If you would like to present a paper or organize a panel, please submit a proposal (150-200 words) by email before March 20 to:
